We are currently seeking full-time Automotive Store Managers to join Team Mavis at our state-of-the-art automotive service and retail tire sales centers located in the Etna, OH area. As one of the largest tire sales and automotive repair chains in the United States, Mavis operates over 2,000 retail locations.

Position Overview
The Automotive Store Manager is responsible for overseeing the operations of a retail store, with the primary objective of maximizing profitability. This role entails driving sales, managing inventory and expenses, supervising personnel, and controlling operating costs. In addition to implementing and managing sales programs, Store Managers lead a team of technicians and mechanics to ensure the timely and high-quality completion of vehicle repair and maintenance services. Store Managers engage directly with customers to assess their needs, provide information on necessary automotive repairs and services, and ensure a comprehensive customer satisfaction experience. Utilizing our innovative digital dashboard, Store Managers can monitor their progress and earnings as they set an exemplary standard that reinforces Mavis’s reputation as the premier tire and auto service retailer.
