About the Role:
Become an integral member of the guest service team at My Place Hotel by taking on the role of Night Auditor. In this essential position, you will serve as the primary contact for all guest-related needs during the night shift, managing responsibilities that include handling reservations, check-ins, and responding to guest inquiries. We are looking for an organized and dependable individual who excels at multitasking and possesses a positive attitude, along with a strong familiarity with the local area.

What You’ll Do:

• Guest Services: Create a warm and welcoming atmosphere for our guests. Efficiently manage reservations, check-ins, check-outs, and accurately process charges related to rooms, taxes, My Store purchases, and pet fees in accordance with hotel policy.
• Guest Assistance: Address guest inquiries, concerns, and complaints, leveraging your comprehensive knowledge of the hotel, its amenities, and local attractions, including dining, shopping, and places of interest.
• Night Audit & Paperwork: Execute the Night Audit Checklist, maintain cash logs and call logs, and complete all required documentation. Ensure the Front Desk Log is current and review logs from the previous shift at the beginning of each shift.
• Cleaning & Laundry: Undertake cleaning duties as necessary, which may include laundry, vacuuming, dusting, and ensuring the front desk, lobby, and housekeeping areas are orderly and well-stocked.
• Safety & Security: Follow all safety and security protocols, conduct regular inspections of the property, secure exterior doors, and report any potential hazards.
• Learning & Growth: Be open to additional responsibilities as needed and remain on call for any hotel-related matters.
