Join the Help at Home team as a Caregiver in Beaver, Ohio. We are currently seeking compassionate individuals for part-time caregiver positions during the following shifts:
- Thursday: 3 PM – 9 PM
- Friday: 12 PM – 9 PM
- Saturday: 7 AM – 1 PM
- Sunday: 3 PM – 9 PM

Become a Help at Home Hero today! As a Home Care Aide, you will work one-on-one with clients in their homes, providing support with various activities, including:
- Light housekeeping tasks such as organizing, laundry, and basic cleaning
- Personal assistance with dressing, grooming, and meal preparation
- Running errands, grocery shopping, and accompanying clients to appointments
Eligibility Requirements:
- Certification as a State Tested Nursing Assistant (STNA) or completion of a Home Health Aide Training program comprising at least 75 hours of instruction, including 16 hours of supervised practical training, covering the essential topics.
- Good physical health, including documentation of a tuberculosis test conducted within the six months prior to the first assignment (where required).
- Commitment to professional development, including organizational and state-required training.
*Please note that caregivers must comply with state background screening requirements. Compensation, benefits, time off, and bonuses may vary by state and location. In Ohio, effective December 9, 2024, a hiring bonus of $500 will be awarded to caregivers who remain active employees with at least 500 hours worked. An additional bonus of $500 will also be provided for completing an extra 500 hours. Caregivers must be active employees at the time of bonus payout. New hires and previous caregivers who have not worked for Help at Home within the last 12 months are eligible for the bonus. Transfers within the Help at Home, LLC portfolio of companies are not eligible for this bonus.
