  • Light housekeeping tasks, including organization, laundry, and basic cleaning
  • Personal care activities like dressing, grooming, and meal assistance

Eligibility Requirements:

  • Completion of STNA or a Home Health Aide Training program of at least 75 hours, including 16 hours of supervised practical training, covering all required topics
  • Good physical health, including documentation of a tuberculosis test conducted within six months prior to the first assignment (if required)
  • Commitment to ongoing professional development, including meeting organizational and state-required training

Please note: Caregivers must meet state background screening requirements. Compensation, benefits, time off, and bonuses vary by state and location. In Ohio only, as of December 9, 2024, eligibility for a hiring bonus of $500 will be contingent upon maintaining active employment with at least 500 hours worked. An additional bonus of $500 will be awarded to caregivers who complete another 500 hours of work. Caregivers must remain active employees at the time of bonus payout. This bonus is available to new and returning caregivers who have not worked for Help at Home within the last 12 months. Caregivers transferring from other organizations within the Help at Home, LLC portfolio are not eligible for the bonus.
