Immediate Opening for an Office Assistant in the Dayton, Ohio area.

Responsibilities:
- Retrieve files from an STFP server and accurately identify file types.
- Label and save files in the designated format as instructed.
- Utilize Excel to track, organize, and report on the status of files.
- Maintain precise records of all processed files.
- Ensure that all files are managed and saved on the company-provided laptop, refraining from downloading to personal devices.
- Collaborate effectively with team members and seek clarification as necessary.
Requirements:
- Proficiency in Excel, including comfort with navigating spreadsheets, utilizing basic formulas, and organizing data efficiently.
- Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to adhere to detailed instructions.
- Must utilize a company-provided laptop for all tasks, ensuring compliance with company file-saving protocols.
- Dependable and punctual, with the capability to work autonomously following initial training.
- Ability to manage repetitive tasks with both efficiency and accuracy.
- Commitment to full-time hours for a minimum duration of two months (estimated until May 18, 2025).
- Strong communication skills, with an aptitude for asking questions and clarifying instructions as needed.
- Comfort with repetitive tasks while maintaining a focus on efficiency and meeting deadlines.
Schedule: Monday-Friday 8AM-5PM
