Job Summary
The Assistant Studio Manager collaborates closely with the Studio Manager to exemplify and promote Perspire’s mission, vision, and values. As an integral part of the leadership team, this role is essential in motivating and supporting team members to achieve studio goals while ensuring seamless operations and providing guests with a transformative experience. The Assistant Studio Manager assists in four primary studio responsibilities:

  • Team Management
  • Member Management
  • Inventory Management
  • Facility Management

This position serves as a crucial partner in the daily operations, striving to meet sales targets through membership sales and delivering an exceptional guest experience. Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the Studio Manager to implement standard operating procedures, ensuring Membership Sales Associates and Studio Assistants adhere to established expectations.
  • Assist in training, coaching, and development of team members.
  • Foster a positive, team-oriented environment to make Perspire Sauna Studio an outstanding workplace.
  • Serve as a liaison between the Studio Manager and team members.
  • Communicate updates, new offerings, events, and protocols to the team in the absence of the Studio Manager.
  • Lead the team in achieving strong membership sales, measured through conversion percentages and sales performance metrics.
  • Maintain high visibility and engage positively with guests, ensuring they receive exceptional, consistent service.
  • Address guest complaints or membership issues with professionalism and top-tier customer service.
  • Advocate for the benefits of infrared saunas and the value of a Perspire Sauna Studio Membership to guests.
  • Understand and articulate the science, technology, and benefits of infrared sauna therapy, chromotherapy, and red light therapy.
  • Ensure adherence to all front desk procedures, including member check-ins, managing telephone inquiries (both general and sales-related), consent forms, studio tours, delinquent account procedures, and new membership agreements. Experience with Mindbody Software is a plus!
  • Oversee weekly and monthly inventory purchasing and processing functions.
  • Conduct and document daily and weekly studio inspections to ensure compliance with operational standards and equipment functionality.
