Job Description
Job Title: General Manager
Company: Orangetheory Fitness
Location: Rocky River, OH
Pay: $50000 – 55000 per year
AI Pay Analysis: The annual salary range of $50,000 to $55,000 for a General Manager in Rocky River, OH, appears to be on the lower end of the spectrum compared to industry standards for this role, particularly in suburban markets or cities with a higher cost of living. Generally, General Managers across various industries can earn anywhere from $70,000 to over $100,000 annually, depending on the size of the company and specific responsibilities. In Ohio, while this salary may be somewhat competitive for lower-tier or small businesses, it may not attract highly qualified candidates given the extensive experience and accountability often required in general management roles. Overall, this compensation may limit the pool of applicants to those with less experience or for positions in smaller organizations.
