Job Description
Job Title: Resident Aide/MedTech
Company: Homestead
Location: Waterford, MI
Pay: $16 per hour
AI Pay Analysis: An hourly rate of $16 for a “Resident Aide/MedTech” in Waterford, MI, is somewhat below the national average for similar roles, which typically range between $17 to $22 per hour, depending on factors such as experience, qualifications, and specific job responsibilities. In Michigan, this rate aligns more closely with entry-level positions or those in lower-cost areas, but could be considered less competitive given the rising cost of living and the increased demand for healthcare support roles. Overall, while $16 per hour may be acceptable for some candidates, it may deter more experienced individuals or those looking for competitive compensation in a market that increasingly values healthcare workers.
