Job Title: FOOD SERVICE WORKER (PART TIME)

Company: Compass Group

Location: Ada, MI

Pay: $17.25 per hour

AI Pay Analysis: As of late 2023, the hourly rate of $17.25 for a part-time Food Service Worker in Ada, MI, is generally competitive within the industry, reflecting a trend towards higher wages in service roles due to labor shortages and inflationary pressures. Typically, food service workers in Michigan earn between $12.00 and $17.00 per hour, with wages varying based on experience, location, and employer. Given that $17.25 is at the upper end of this scale and exceeds the state minimum wage, it appears to be a fair compensation for this position, particularly considering the rising cost of living and ongoing demand for workers in the food sector.
