In this role, you will be responsible for fostering an exceptional customer experience. You will oversee a team of Associates at the front of the store, ensuring prompt and courteous service while actively promoting our loyalty programs. By leading with enthusiasm and engaging directly with customers, you will help maintain a clean and organized shopping environment, exemplifying outstanding customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Cultivate a positive experience for both internal and external customers.
  • Foster a culture of honesty and integrity, upholding confidentiality at all times.
  • Actively participate in the training and mentoring of Associates on front-end principles.
  • Guide Associates in personalizing the customer experience and promoting loyalty programs.
  • Efficiently assign registers, assist with POS coverage needs, and coordinate breaks for all Associates.
  • Promptly address customer concerns and issues to ensure a favorable customer experience.
  • Ensure the team executes tasks and activities as outlined in the store plan, prioritizing as necessary.
  • Communicate effectively with both management and Associates while setting and addressing priorities, providing regular progress updates.
  • Embrace the recognition and constructive feedback received.
  • Collaborate with management to identify Associate training needs for improved performance.
  • Ensure compliance with all labor laws, policies, and procedures.
  • Advocate for and promote credit and loyalty programs.
  • Support and engage in store shrink reduction initiatives.
  • Champion safety awareness and maintain a secure shopping environment.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

The starting pay for this position ranges from $13.00 to $13.50 per hour. Actual starting pay is determined by various factors, including relevant skills, qualifications, and experience.
