Job Responsibilities:
- Achieve sales goals for memberships, gift cards, and service enhancements.
- Communicate effectively with clients, service providers, fellow sales associates, and management.
- Schedule and confirm appointments while efficiently managing the appointment calendar.
- Demonstrate a strong commitment to promoting the health benefits of regular spa visits.
- Provide a warm welcome to clients during their check-in and check-out processes.
- Stay informed about current offers, products, services, and procedures relevant to Hand and Stone.
- Follow designated sales scripts for memberships and gift cards.
- Offer tailored recommendations for service enhancements.
- Become proficient in performing Hand and Stone’s signature services.
- Maintain accurate treatment records for all clients.
- Engage proactively with customers and the local community to drive sales.
- Adhere to all sanitation standards and protocols throughout the year.
- Assist management and service providers as needed to enhance customer experience and uphold business integrity.
