You will adhere to all operational, merchandising, and loss prevention standards and may receive cross-training to work in various areas of the store to support business needs.

Key Responsibilities:
– Exemplify established customer experience practices when interacting with both internal and external customers.
– Promote a positive store culture rooted in honesty, integrity, and respect.
– Accurately process customer purchases and returns, ensuring correct change is given according to established operating procedures.
– Advocate for our credit and loyalty programs.
– Uphold our merchandising philosophy by following established merchandising procedures and standards.
– Process and prepare merchandise for the sales floor in accordance with company procedures.
– Participate in store recovery efforts as needed throughout the day.
– Maintain organizational, cleanliness, and recovery standards for the sales floor, contributing to the overall maintenance of the store.
– Provide and accept recognition and constructive feedback as part of a collaborative environment.
– Comply with all labor laws, policies, and procedures.
– Support and engage in initiatives aimed at reducing store shrinkage.
– Participate in safety awareness activities to help maintain a secure environment.
– Perform additional duties as assigned.
