Job Title: Assistant Studio Manager

Company: Perspire Sauna Studio of Birmingham

Location: Novi, MI

Pay: $16 – 23.5 per hour

AI Pay Analysis: The hourly rate of $16 to $23.50 for the position of Assistant Studio Manager in Novi, MI, appears to be on the lower end of the spectrum compared to industry standards, particularly in urban or suburban areas where the cost of living and wages tend to be higher. According to available data, similar roles in the creative and studio management sectors often command hourly rates ranging from $20 to $30 or more, depending on experience, specific responsibilities, and the size of the studio or company. Therefore, while this rate may be acceptable for entry-level or less experienced candidates, it might be considered less competitive for those with more experience or in specialized roles, especially given the general trend toward higher wages in many industries in recent years.
