Essential Job Functions
- Maintain cleanliness in common areas, including the lobby, breakfast area, public restrooms, hallways, and any additional assigned spaces.
- Stock housekeeping rooms with necessary supplies and clean linens while ensuring the timely removal of soiled linens.
- Execute carpet cleaning in guest rooms and public areas as required, adhering to the preventative maintenance schedule.
- Conduct property walks to identify areas requiring attention or improvement.
- Recognize and address minor maintenance issues throughout the hotel, informing the Chief Engineer when necessary.
- Attend to guest requests relayed by front desk staff, such as toiletries and linens.
- Fill in for housekeeping staff as needed, ensuring that room cleaning is completed in accordance with specific brand and corporate standards for minutes per room.
- Uphold a courteous and professional demeanor at all times.
- Wash, dry, and fold laundry as required.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
