Job Title: Hospice Certified Nursing Assistant – Hospice Aide

Company: Heartland Hospice

Location: Sidney, OH

Pay: $14.2 – 16.75 per hour

AI Pay Analysis: The hourly rate of $14.20 to $16.75 for a Hospice Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Hospice Aide in Sidney, OH, is slightly below the national average for this role, which typically ranges from $15 to $20 per hour, depending on factors such as experience, certifications, and regional cost of living. In Ohio, the average hourly wage for certified nursing assistants can vary, but it generally aligns closer to the lower end of this range. While the offered wage may be competitive for entry-level positions or those with minimal experience, it may not attract candidates with more experience or advanced certifications, suggesting that overall, these rates may need to be adjusted to remain competitive within the local market and the healthcare industry.
