Job Title: Full-Time Front Desk Operations Specialist – PM

Company: Shelter Association of Washtenaw County

Location: Ann Arbor, MI

Pay: $18.75 – 19.75 per hour

AI Pay Analysis: The hourly rate of $18.75 to $19.75 for the role of “Full-Time Front Desk Operations Specialist – PM” in Ann Arbor, MI, appears to be on the lower end of the competitive spectrum for similar positions in the area. According to data from various salary research platforms, the typical hourly wage for front desk administrative roles in Michigan generally ranges from $20 to $25, depending on factors such as experience and specific industry. While this rate might attract candidates seeking entry-level experience, it may not be sufficiently competitive to attract more experienced professionals, especially given the rising costs of living and inflation in urban settings like Ann Arbor.
