Job Title: Caregivers for Senior Living Community

Company: Homestead

Location: Taylor, MI

Pay: $15 per hour

AI Pay Analysis: An hourly rate of $15 for the role of “Caregivers for Senior Living Community” in Taylor, MI, is generally considered lower than the industry standard for this position, especially in light of the rising cost of living and increasing demand for caregiving services. According to various salary data sources, caregiver wages in Michigan typically range from $15 to $20 per hour, depending on experience, specific job responsibilities, and the facility’s location. In addition, many organizations are now offering higher wages to attract and retain talent in the caregiving field, particularly in senior living settings, where compassionate care is critical. Therefore, while $15 per hour may be acceptable for entry-level positions, it may not be competitive for experienced caregivers, potentially impacting the quality of care provided and employee retention.
