Job Title: Maintenance Technician (2nd Shift)

Company: Maumee Bay Lodge

Location: Oregon, OH

Pay: $15 per hour

AI Pay Analysis: The hourly rate of $15 for a “Maintenance Technician (2nd Shift)” in Oregon, OH, appears to be on the lower end of the spectrum when considering industry standards for this role. Maintenance technicians typically earn between $18 to $25 per hour, depending on experience, specific skills, and local demand. In many regions, especially with varying costs of living and job market conditions, $15 may not effectively attract skilled candidates or retain existing staff. Therefore, this rate may struggle to remain competitive and could necessitate reevaluation to align more closely with prevailing compensation trends in the maintenance industry and the local labor market.
