Job Description
Job Title: PM Caregiver/MedTech
Company: Kingsley Senior Living
Location: Canton, MI
Pay: $15 per hour
AI Pay Analysis: As of October 2023, an hourly wage of $15 for a “PM Caregiver/MedTech” position in Canton, MI, is generally on the lower end of the scale for this role, which often requires specialized skills and certifications, such as medication administration and personal care. According to various salary surveys and job boards, the typical hourly wage for caregivers and medical technicians in the region ranges from approximately $15 to $25, depending on experience, certifications, and the specific duties involved. While entry-level positions may start around $15, experienced professionals with additional certifications can command higher rates. Therefore, while $15 may attract candidates, it may not be competitive enough to retain skilled workers in a tight labor market, particularly given the increasing demand for healthcare services.
