Job Title: Server (Bar) 3 Openings

Company: Kewadin Casinos

Location: Sault Sainte Marie, MI

Pay: $9.64 per hour

AI Pay Analysis: The hourly rate of $9.64 for a “Server (Bar)” position in Sault Sainte Marie, MI, is below the national average for bartenders and servers, which generally ranges from $12 to $15 per hour, not including tips. While the low cost of living in Sault Sainte Marie may affect average rates, this wage may not be considered competitive nor align with industry standards, especially when factoring in the typically expected gratuities that can significantly enhance server earnings. Overall, a rate close to or above the minimum wage in Michigan, which is $10.10 per hour as of 2023, coupled with tips, would be more aligned with market expectations for this role.
