Job Description
Job Title: Automotive Painter – 1st Shift – Located in Orrville, OH
Company: Morgan Truck Body
Location: Orrville, OH
Pay: $20 per hour
AI Pay Analysis: An hourly rate of $20 for an “Automotive Painter” in Orrville, OH, appears to be on the lower end of the spectrum when compared to industry standards for this role. According to data from various salary sources, automotive painters typically earn between $18 to $30 per hour, depending on factors such as experience, skill level, and specific employer practices within the automotive repair and manufacturing sectors. Given that Orrville is located in Ohio, where the cost of living is generally lower than in many urban areas, the $20 hourly rate may be competitive for entry-level positions or those with minimal experience, but it may not attract more skilled or experienced automotive painters seeking higher compensation. Overall, while the offer may be suitable for some job seekers, it might require adjustment to align with competitive rates and retain talent in the region.
