In this role, you will engage with clients, prospective clients, and visitors to foster a welcoming atmosphere and assist with scheduling. Major Responsibilities:

  • Greet all clients and visitors promptly with a smile, maintaining a positive attitude while assisting with their requests.
  • Answer incoming calls professionally and efficiently, providing accurate information and directing inquiries to appropriate staff while minimizing disruption to current clients.
  • Accurately document all client transactions by selecting the correct service/product codes and payment methods.
  • Manage scheduling activities effectively, including advance bookings, wait times, service accuracy, appointment accuracy, and confirmations.
  • Support the styling team by assisting with scheduling, documentation, communication of appointment changes, and promoting retail/service add-on sales, along with various administrative tasks.

Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of one (1) year of high-paced guest service experience.
  • Familiarity with point of sale systems or other business software.
  • Professional and timely communication skills with all company personnel.
  • Strong organizational and time management capabilities.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet time constraints.
