Job Description
Job Title: Med Tech/Caregiver
Company: Homestead
Location: Flint, MI
Pay: $15 per hour
AI Pay Analysis: An hourly rate of $15 for a Med Tech/Caregiver role in Flint, MI, is on the lower end of the spectrum compared to industry standards. As of 2023, the average pay for caregivers and medical technicians in Michigan generally ranges from $15 to $20 per hour, depending on factors such as experience, certifications, and specific job responsibilities. While Flint’s cost of living is lower than larger cities, the wage may not sufficiently attract or retain qualified candidates, especially considering the demanding nature of caregiving roles. Overall, while $15 per hour may meet minimum wage requirements, it is not particularly competitive when aiming to recruit skilled professionals in this field.
