Job Title: FOOD SERVICE WORKER (PART TIME)

Company: Compass Group

Location: Troy, MI

Pay: $14 per hour

AI Pay Analysis: An hourly rate of $14 for a part-time food service worker in Troy, MI, is generally considered on the lower end of the spectrum. As of 2023, the average hourly wage for food service workers in Michigan tends to range from approximately $14 to $16, with some positions offering higher pay depending on experience and specific roles. While this rate may be acceptable for entry-level positions, it may not be competitive for attracting experienced workers, especially considering that many establishments are now offering higher wages to meet labor demands. Additionally, factors like local cost of living and demand for labor can influence competitiveness, suggesting that while $14 may meet minimum expectations, it may not effectively attract skilled candidates in the current job market.
