Job Description
Job Title: PM Caregiver/MedTech
Company: Homestead
Location: Canton, MI
Pay: $15 per hour
AI Pay Analysis: An hourly rate of $15 for a “PM Caregiver/MedTech” in Canton, MI, is below the average compensation for similar roles within the healthcare and assisted living sectors. Typically, caregiver and medical technician positions in Michigan range between $16 to $22 per hour, depending on factors such as experience, certifications, and specific job responsibilities. Given the rising cost of living and the increasing demand for healthcare workers, the offered rate might not be competitive, which could hinder recruitment and retention of quality candidates in this field.
