As a Production Specialist Operator, your responsibilities will include:

  • Safely operating production equipment related to filling, processing, sterilizing, and sampling processes.
  • Monitoring data and conducting tests to ensure sterility.
  • Ensuring accurate completion of work orders and necessary documentation.
  • Maintaining a safe and clean working environment.
  • Effectively communicating with colleagues across all departmental levels.
  • Managing and replenishing production materials.
  • Performing general housekeeping and sanitation tasks.
  • Upholding compliance with FDA, OSHA, and Abbott’s internal policies and procedures.

Required Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or GED.
  • At least one year of production experience.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment with excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in aseptic filling and sanitation processes.
  • A minimum of one year of production experience in a food manufacturing environment; forklift experience is preferred.
