Join Uline as we expand our operations in Ohio! Discover fulfillment in your warehouse career at Uline. As the Warehouse Department Manager for our new, 1 million-square-foot warehouse in Columbus, you will oversee overnight operations and manage an extensive inventory of over 40,000 shipping, industrial, and packaging products. Our continued growth offers new opportunities and job stability you can count on.

Hours: Sunday to Thursday, 8:30 PM to 5 AM.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily operations of the inbound department, which includes receiving, stocking, transferring, and restocking products.
  • Provide hands-on leadership and development for warehouse team leads.
  • Create schedules and strategic plans to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly goals.
  • Uphold high standards of accuracy and customer service in departmental operations.
  • Monitor performance data and quality standards to identify and implement improvement opportunities.

Minimum Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; a Bachelor’s degree is a plus.
  • A minimum of 3 years of warehouse experience.
  • Supervisory experience in a high-volume, fast-paced distribution environment is preferred.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
  • Basic computer proficiency.
