Location: Ypsilanti, MI
Pay: $24 per hour
AI Pay Analysis: The hourly rate of $24 for a “Truck Driver – Class A (Days)” in Ypsilanti, MI, is generally competitive when compared to industry standards. As of 2023, truck driver salaries in Michigan typically range from $22 to $30 per hour, depending on experience, specific responsibilities, and the employer. Considering the average pay for Class A drivers in the U.S. hovers around $25 to $27 per hour, the offered rate is on the lower end but may still attract applicants due to various factors such as work schedule, benefits, and local demand for drivers. Overall, while the $24 per hour rate is reasonable, it may need adjustments to align more closely with the upper industry standards to improve recruitment and retention in this competitive labor market.
