Job Description
Job Title: Resident Aide/Med Tech
Company: Homestead
Location: Clinton Township, MI
Pay: $15 per hour
AI Pay Analysis: An hourly rate of $15 for a “Resident Aide/Med Tech” in Clinton Township, MI, is generally on the lower end of the pay scale for this role, which typically ranges between $12 to $20 per hour depending on factors such as experience, certifications, and the specific duties involved. In Michigan, the average wage for similar positions often falls around $17 to $18 per hour, reflecting the increase in demand for healthcare support roles. Therefore, while $15 per hour may attract some candidates, it may not be competitive enough to retain qualified personnel or attract candidates with the necessary skills and certifications in a growing healthcare job market.
