TheKey is currently seeking dedicated caregivers for part-time shifts in our Flex Care program.

Responsibilities:
As a caregiver, you will:

  • Implement comprehensive, personalized weekly schedules and care plans
  • Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs) in a safe and professional manner
  • Provide personal companionship, actively engaging with each client to offer social and emotional support
  • Support clients with personal care activities, including hygiene, mobility assistance, incontinence care, light housekeeping, feeding, and meal preparation
  • Arrange transportation to and from appointments as needed
  • Perform administrative tasks such as documenting task completion and reporting any changes in the client’s physical condition, mental capability, or behavior

Qualifications:
To be considered for this position, you must possess:

  • A minimum of 1 year of professional caregiver experience
  • Proof of a valid driver’s license, vehicle insurance, registration, and access to a reliable vehicle
  • Open availability is strongly preferred
  • Basic computer skills
  • Documentation proving eligibility to work in the U.S.
