Job Title: Banquet Server (2) Openings

Company: Kewadin Casinos

Location: Sault Sainte Marie, MI

Pay: $9.64 per hour

AI Pay Analysis: An hourly rate of $9.64 for a Banquet Server position in Sault Sainte Marie, MI, appears to be below the competitive standard for this role. As of 2023, banquet servers in similar regions typically earn between $12 to $20 per hour, depending on factors such as experience, specific job requirements, and service charges included in events. Additionally, the federal minimum wage is $7.25, so this rate is above that threshold; however, considering living costs and prevailing wage norms in the hospitality industry, the offered rate may not attract skilled candidates or reflect the demands of the position. Overall, this compensation level may be seen as uncompetitive in the context of local market expectations.
