Job Title: Part Time Housekeeeper

Company: Community First Solutions

Location: Hamilton, OH

Pay: $14 per hour

AI Pay Analysis: As of October 2023, an hourly rate of $14 for a part-time housekeeper in Hamilton, OH, is generally considered below the competitive threshold. The typical hourly wage for housekeepers in the broader Ohio area and nationally often ranges from $15 to $20 per hour, depending on experience, specific job duties, and local cost of living factors. In Hamilton, where the cost of living is relatively moderate, this rate may not attract sufficient qualified candidates and could be seen as undervalued given the responsibilities associated with housekeeping roles. Therefore, to better align with industry standards and ensure competitiveness, an increase in the hourly pay would be advisable.
