QUALIFICATIONS FOR A COOK 3

– Must meet eligibility requirements for Cook 1 and Cook 2.
– Ability to successfully set up and operate in multiple outlets.
– Proficiency in running a cooking or production line.
– Demonstrated advanced culinary knowledge, including international cooking styles and techniques, specialty raw products, menu engineering, and basic wine and food pairing.
– Capability to coordinate production across various areas to ensure multiple finished products are served simultaneously.
