Job Description
Job Title: Hiring Experienced LPN
Company: TheKey
Location: Upper Arlington, OH
Pay: $25 per hour
AI Pay Analysis: The hourly rate of $25 for a “Hiring Experienced LPN” in Upper Arlington, OH, is somewhat competitive but may be below the average for experienced licensed practical nurses in the area. As of 2023, the average hourly wage for LPNs in Ohio typically ranges between $22 to $28, depending on factors such as experience, additional certifications, and the specific healthcare facility. While $25 aligns with the lower end of this spectrum, it may be less appealing for experienced candidates who may seek higher compensation or benefits that reflect their skills and expertise, particularly in a market that values healthcare professionals highly. Therefore, while the offer might attract some applicants, it could potentially limit the quality and experience of candidates drawn to more lucrative opportunities.
