Job Position Description:

As a Part-Time Janitorial Technician, you will play a vital role in maintaining our facilities by performing various cleaning tasks, including but not limited to:

– Utilizing ServiceMaster products, tools, and procedures to execute cleaning assignments
– Conducting cleaning duties such as sweeping, mopping, polishing, trash removal, restroom sanitation, vacuuming, and moving furniture and equipment
– Overseeing the inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment
– Adhering to safety protocols, including the use of personal protective equipment (PPE) as required
– Opening and securing facilities, in addition to managing security systems when necessary
– Previous experience as a custodian, janitor, or housekeeper is advantageous but not mandatory; on-the-job training is available for candidates demonstrating a strong work ethic and eagerness to learn
– Experience in professional janitorial settings, such as office complexes, hotels, hospitals, or schools is a plus
– Flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment with meticulous attention to detail
– A commitment to fostering a positive workplace culture through a friendly attitude and professionalism, including being consistently in uniform, dependable, and punctual
– Demonstrating respect and understanding for colleagues and customers alike

Physical Demands and Qualifications:
