WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

  • Assess specialized product needs and services by directly engaging with customers
  • Provide estimates for designated installations prior to scheduling appointments
  • Demonstrate the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
  • Keep customers informed on the progress of their service
  • Communicate effectively with customers and internal staff, both verbally and in writing (including email)
  • Possess strong computer skills and technological awareness
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures

WHAT YOU CAN BRING TO THE TABLE

  • A minimum of one year of service experience is preferred
  • Familiarity with RV products or camping lifestyle
  • Prior automotive experience is advantageous
  • Proficient in daily computer usage and capable of performing internet searches as required
  • Exceptional organizational and follow-up skills
  • Compliance with departmental procedures and policies
  • A valid driver’s license is mandatory
