Role Summary
The Team Member plays a vital role in delivering an exceptional member experience by offering superior customer service to Planet Fitness members, prospective members, and guests.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Greet members, prospective members, and guests with warmth and exceptional customer service.
  • Manage front desk operations, including:
    • Answering phone calls courteously and addressing a variety of inquiries.
    • Checking members into the system.
    • Facilitating new member sign-ups.
    • Conducting tours for prospective members.
    • Assisting with necessary updates to member accounts.
    • Addressing member questions and concerns promptly and professionally, escalating issues to the Assistant Manager or Manager as appropriate.
    • Contributing to the overall cleanliness and organization of the club.

Qualifications/Requirements

  • Customer service experience is preferred.
  • Basic computer proficiency is required.
