Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the first point of contact for all visitors, agents, and clients, delivering exceptional service both in person and over the phone.
  • Maintain a welcoming and professional front desk area.
  • Assist with various administrative tasks, including handling mail, checks, and packages.
  • Answer and route phone calls, emails, and inquiries to the appropriate departments.
  • Support agents with onboarding, training schedules, and office resources.
  • Manage office calendars, meeting room bookings, and daily event preparations.
  • Contribute to marketing initiatives, social media communication, and agent engagement efforts.
  • Provide basic technical support for office tools, including email systems, printers, and scheduling applications.
  • Assist in coordinating office events and meetings to promote a positive and collaborative workplace.

Qualifications:
