Job Summary: As a Waiter/Waitress, you will be responsible for taking food and beverage orders and ensuring their timely delivery to guests in the dining room.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Warmly and promptly greet guests in the dining area and take food and beverage orders efficiently, adhering to established service protocols.
• Deliver food promptly and professionally while maintaining safe food handling and sanitation standards. Regularly check in with guests to attend to any additional needs or requests.
• Acquire a thorough understanding of menu items and ingredients. Provide recommendations for food and drink pairings as requested, and accommodate reasonable requests while noting guest preferences. Demonstrate knowledge regarding specialized diets and allergens as necessary.
• Communicate directly with kitchen staff to ensure accurate order delivery and accommodate special requests.
• Exhibit outstanding communication skills and maintain harmonious interactions with both guests and team members. Stay flexible and patient while engaging with others.
• Collect payment tickets and adhere to proper cash-handling procedures.
• Foster a clean, safe, and orderly environment for our guests.
• Maintain a high level of confidentiality concerning any personal or medical information shared by guests.
• Address complaints or issues promptly, relaying relevant feedback to the supervisor.
• Ensure the dining area is properly arranged before and after service periods, consistently maintaining cleanliness in accordance with sanitation standards.
• Operate various equipment, such as telephones, tea/soda dispensers, soup wells, and coffee machines.
• Collaborate with staff from other departments to fulfill job responsibilities during special events and functions.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
