Job Title: Caregiver for Monroe and Surrounding Cities

Company:

Location: Monroe, MI

Pay: $14 – 15.5 per hour

AI Pay Analysis: The hourly rate of $14 to $15.50 for a caregiver position in Monroe, MI, is somewhat aligned with industry standards, though it leans towards the lower end of the spectrum for this role. As of 2023, caregiver wages in Michigan generally range from $12 to $20 per hour, depending on factors such as experience, certifications, and the specific demands of the job. Given this context, while the offered rate is competitive for entry-level positions, it may not be sufficient to attract more experienced caregivers or those with specialized skills. Factors like local cost of living and demand for caregivers in Monroe and surrounding areas should also be considered, as they can influence wage competitiveness. Overall, the pay range suggests that while it’s acceptable, it may deter some qualified candidates seeking higher compensation.
