Job Title: Front Desk Associate/Playroom Attendant- Dog Daycare

Company: Canine to Five

Location: Detroit, MI

Pay: $13.5 – 17 per hour

AI Pay Analysis: The hourly rate of $13.50 to $17 for a “Front Desk Associate/Playroom Attendant” at a dog daycare in Detroit, MI, is somewhat competitive, but it may be on the lower end considering the cost of living and average wages in the area. According to recent data, entry-level positions in animal care and daycare services typically range from $12 to $18 per hour, with more experienced staff earning higher rates. While this rate aligns with the lower spectrum of industry standards, it may not sufficiently attract skilled candidates or align with the rising wage expectations in the service sector, particularly as job seekers increasingly seek better compensation and benefits. Overall, a slight increase in pay could enhance competitiveness for attracting talent in this role.
