Job Title: Resident LifeStyle Specialist
Company: Community First Solutions
Location: Hamilton, OH
Pay: $16 – 19 per hour
AI Pay Analysis: The hourly rate of $16 to $19 for a “Resident LifeStyle Specialist” in Hamilton, OH, appears to be somewhat competitive but may vary based on experience, qualifications, and specific responsibilities. In general, similar roles in the health and wellness or social services sectors typically range from $15 to $25 per hour, depending on factors such as location, type of facility, and required skillset. Given that Hamilton is relatively affordable compared to larger urban areas in Ohio, this pay range is likely aligned with local economic conditions; however, it may not fully reflect the demands of the position or the cost of living for specialized roles. Overall, potential candidates may find the rate appealing, particularly those just entering the field or seeking part-time opportunities.
