Job description:
The primary purpose of the Engineering Enabler role is to collaborate effectively with the Maintenance and Partner organizations to create optimized preventive and corrective work order plans and schedules. This position focuses on identifying and allocating the necessary resources—such as labor, materials, special tools, diagrams, sketches, work procedures, regulatory compliance, and permit identification—to ensure that Maintenance operations are conducted efficiently and effectively. The Engineering Enabler is responsible for planning all future related work activities and developing near- and long-term schedules that align with operational needs.

Key accountabilities include processing maintenance resources in line with production requirements and crafting weekly and future work schedules that balance Maintenance workloads, thereby optimizing labor utilization alongside internal production demands. The Engineering Enabler will also generate a range of computer-based Planning and Scheduling reports to provide Maintenance Teams and stakeholders with insights regarding operational effectiveness.
