Job description:

As a GoGetter, you will play an essential role in ensuring the seamless operation of our kitchen and store. Your friendly demeanor will make you the first and last point of contact for our customers, who range from morning commuters to late-night snackers. Collaborating with fellow Team Members, you will provide a warm welcome and exceptional service to every customer—whether they’re ordering a freshly made sandwich, picking up dinner for their family, or stopping by while refueling.

Experience Required: 0 to 6 months
Education Desired: High school diploma or equivalent
Lifting Requirement: Up to 25 pounds
Age Requirement: At least 18 years of age

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prioritize safety in all aspects of your work, ensuring the well-being of your Team Members, customers, and products.
  • Accurately process customer orders by scanning items or entering prices into the register in accordance with established company policies and procedures.
  • Complete sales transactions by totaling orders and accepting payment from customers.
  • Maintain vigilance while monitoring customers at the pumps to prevent drive-offs, misuses of gasoline containers, or transacting multiple vehicles simultaneously.
  • Organize and restock shelves as necessary to maintain an orderly store environment.
  • Support with light stocking duties and promptly inform management of any out-of-stock items.
  • Return misplaced items to their appropriate locations.
  • Uphold cleanliness standards for equipment, counter areas, floors, restrooms, and exterior pump areas to meet safety and sanitation regulations.
  • Adhere to all state and local laws pertaining to cigarette sales.
  • Follow established procedures for handling coupons.
  • Collaborate with fellow Team Members to help maintain store security.
  • Provide assistance in the kitchen area when needed.

Starting Rate of Pay: $14.00
