Position Overview:
We are in search of an innovative and proactive Events and Marketing Manager to spearhead our company’s marketing initiatives, social media strategies, and event coordination. Key Responsibilities
Social Media Management
- Oversee the management and posting on social media platforms for the company and its owners, including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
- Foster community engagement and industry visibility by initiating discussions in relevant forums (e.g., Bigger Pockets).
- Produce both short-form and long-form content, such as reels, posts, and stories, tailored to specific platform audiences.
- Collaborate with team members to bolster their social media presence by providing guidance and support in content creation.
Content Creation and Production
- Develop, shoot, edit, and produce high-quality content across social media, podcasts, and YouTube.
- Manage the company’s YouTube and podcast channels, ensuring consistent branding and fresh, engaging material.
- Create marketing collateral, including designs for advertisements, flyers, and social media posts using Canva.
- Produce branded merchandise and promotional items for team and event use.
Marketing Campaigns
