We are currently seeking enthusiastic and sales-driven professionals to join our team at the Costco location in Madison Heights. As passionate brand ambassadors, you will have the exciting opportunity to promote and sell premium nutritional supplements from Qunol and Zena, including Liquid Collagen and Super Greens.

If you are a motivated individual who thrives on achieving goals, enjoys engaging with customers, and is known for your self-starting attitude, we want to hear from you! You will receive training to effectively demonstrate the features, benefits, and value of our sought-after products, which include Super Greens, Liquid Collagen, CoQ10, and various Turmeric items.

Available Demo Hours:
10:00 AM to 5:30 PM — All days available, with Saturdays and Sundays being the most lucrative commission days. This position is ideal for individuals seeking part-time work to supplement their income.

Compensation:

  • Starting pay of $26 per hour, plus bonuses for exceeding sales quotas.
  • W-2 employment status.
  • We offer a promotional kit and provide bi-weekly paychecks via direct deposit.
  • On average, our brand ambassadors earn between $200 and $300 per day, with top performers making over $500 daily!

Bonus Structure:
With a variety of products featured at Costco, your earnings can increase significantly. Here’s an overview of potential bonuses based on product sales during a shift from 10:00 AM to 5:30 PM, capturing the additional three hours of peak customer purchasing:

  • Sell 30 Super Greens for a $90 bonus.
  • Sell 20 Liquid Collagen for a $60 bonus.
  • Sell 5 Liquid CoQ10 (not on sale) for a $15 bonus.

Sales Promoter Responsibilities:

  • Engage with Costco members to promote the brands provided by our suppliers.
  • Present yourself and the company in a professional manner while representing Direct Demo at Costco.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to all Costco members.
  • Regularly monitor for messages related to scheduling and other communications from your manager.
  • Participate in scheduled paid compliance calls with the team and/or regional manager.
  • Ability to transport and set up a 2’ x 4’ folding table weighing approximately 20 pounds to and from your vehicle.
  • Carry products, demonstration supplies, and sales materials to and from your car at the beginning and end of each shift.
  • Maintain the stamina to stand for extended periods.
  • Work independently as the sole representative at your assigned location with minimal supervision.

Requirements:

  • Outgoing personality with a proactive approach to engaging customers.
  • Strong verbal communication skills.
  • Prior experience in direct sales is preferred.
  • Proficiency in email and basic computer or mobile device usage.
