Job Title: Corporate Recruiter

Company: DK Security

Location: Troy, MI

Pay: $17 – 21 per hour

AI Pay Analysis: The hourly rate of $17 to $21 for a Corporate Recruiter in Troy, MI, appears to be below the typical industry standards for this role. According to various salary surveys and industry data, corporate recruiters in the U.S. generally earn between $25 and $40 per hour, depending on experience, specific industry, and regional cost of living. Given that Troy is part of the Detroit metropolitan area, which has a competitive job market and varying living costs, salaries for recruiters may lean towards the higher end to attract qualified candidates. Therefore, the offered rate may struggle to attract experienced professionals and could be considered non-competitive in the current market.
