Pay: $15 – 16 per hour

AI Pay Analysis: The hourly rate of $15 to $16 for a “Toddler Teacher” in Rochester Hills, MI, is somewhat on the lower end of the salary spectrum for early childhood educators in the region. According to recent data, early childhood educators typically earn between $16 and $23 per hour, depending on experience, qualifications, and specific location factors. While the offered rate may attract candidates, it may not reflect the competitive wage necessary to retain skilled professionals in a field that often demands higher qualifications, such as a degree in early childhood education or relevant certifications. Overall, the compensation in this scenario could be considered less competitive compared to industry standards, potentially impacting the quality of candidates drawn to the position.
