Job Title: AM Resident Aide/MedTech

Company: Homestead

Location: Rochester Hills, MI

Pay: $16 per hour

AI Pay Analysis: An hourly rate of $16 for the role of “AM Resident Aide/MedTech” in Rochester Hills, MI, appears to be on the lower end of the spectrum when compared to industry standards for similar positions. According to recent data, the average hourly wage for resident aides and medical technicians in Michigan typically ranges from $17 to $22, depending on experience and specific duties. Factors such as local cost of living, demand for such roles, and the specific responsibilities associated with the job can influence competitiveness. Therefore, while $16 may attract some applicants, it may struggle to retain qualified candidates, especially in a market where wages for healthcare support roles are increasing.
