Job description:

As a GoGetter, you will play a vital role in ensuring the seamless operation of our kitchen and store. You will frequently be the first and last smiling face our customers encounter. Whether during the morning rush, the bustling lunch hour, or late-night snack breaks, you will collaborate with fellow team members to ensure each customer—whether they are grabbing a fresh sandwich, picking up dinner for their family, or stopping by at the pump—receives a warm welcome and the exceptional service they deserve.

Experience Required: 0 to 6 months
Education Desired: High school diploma or equivalent
Lifting Requirement: Up to 25 pounds
Age Requirement: At least 18 years of age

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prioritize safety in every aspect of your work, ensuring the well-being of your colleagues, customers, and products.
  • Accurately process customers’ orders by scanning items or entering prices into the register in accordance with established company policies and procedures.
  • Complete sales transactions and collect payments by totaling orders and accepting customer payments.
  • Vigilantly monitor customers at fuel pumps to prevent drive-offs and ensure safe practices regarding gasoline containers and multi-vehicle pumping within the same transaction.
  • Organize and straighten shelves as necessary.
  • Assist with light stocking duties and promptly inform management of any out-of-stock items.
  • Ensure misplaced items are returned to their proper locations.
  • Maintain a clean and sanitary work environment, including the equipment, counter area, floors, restrooms, and exterior pump areas to comply with safety and sanitation regulations.
  • Understand and adhere to all state and local regulations concerning cigarette sales.
  • Follow proper coupon handling procedures.
  • Support fellow team members in maintaining store security.
  • Provide assistance in the kitchen area as required.
